Privacy policy

What this website does

This site explains the drain and sewer work we cover across Oregon and gives you a number to call. That is the whole of it. There is no contact form, no booking system, no newsletter signup, and no account anywhere on it.

We do not collect, store, sell, rent or share personal information through this website. There is no database behind it. It is a set of static pages served from a content delivery network.

The calculators

The four free tools — the cost estimator, the clog diagnostic, the jetting comparison and the water heater sizing calculator — run entirely inside your browser using JavaScript on the page you are reading.

The answers you select are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. They are not written to cookies, local storage, or any server. They exist only in the memory of the tab you have open, and they are gone the moment you close or reload it. There is no email gate, no "enter your details to see your result", and no saved history.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking on it.

No analytics package is currently installed. If we add one, we will name it on this page before it goes live.

Embedded maps

Several pages embed a Google Map showing a service area. When such a page loads that map, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — exactly as it would if you visited Google Maps yourself. We receive nothing from this and cannot see who has viewed a map.

The maps are lazy-loaded, which means the request to Google only happens if you scroll far enough down the page to reach one.

Fonts and images

The typeface and every image on this site are served from our own domain. There is no font CDN, no image CDN and no third-party script anywhere on the site other than the embedded maps described above, and analytics if enabled.

When you phone or email us

If you call or email, we keep what you tell us — your name, address, phone number and a description of the problem — for as long as we need it to respond to you, to arrange and complete the work, and to meet Oregon record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell that information, we do not share it with marketers, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We share it only with the people who need it to get your work done — for example whoever is scheduled to attend, a permitting authority or a utility locate service — or where we are legally obliged to.

Your rights

Because the website itself collects nothing, there is generally nothing website-related to request, correct or delete. For information you have given us over the phone or by email, you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Oregon residents have rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act. We will honour a verified request within the timeframe the law requires.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If our practices change — for instance if we add a contact form or an analytics package — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change goes live.
